ABOUT KVILE

Kvile Sauna is run by two local year-round sea bathers. The sauna is mobile and is currently located centrally at Volsdalsberga in Ålesund

We aim to share the joy of cold-water bathing and sauna with as many people as possible, offering a social gathering place that brings calm and warmth to a hectic everyday life.
