Kvile Sauna is run by two local year-round sea bathers with a passion for sharing the unique combination of sauna, cold-water swimming, and nature.

Today, we operate two waterfront saunas: one at the DNT Naustet in Nørvasundet, Ålesund, and one by Devoldfabrikken in Langevåg. Both locations offer a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the benefits of the Nordic sauna tradition.

Our vision is simple: to make sauna and sea bathing accessible to more people. Whether you come to relax after work, challenge yourself with a cold plunge, or spend quality time with friends and family, we want Kvile to be a welcoming place where people can unwind, recharge, and connect.

We believe the best moments are often the simplest – warm sauna, fresh sea air, and a refreshing swim.
